Reclaiming the sacredness of the transition into motherhood ~ demystifying newborn care ~ breastfeeding and baby feeding ~ releasing shame and enhancing strength

M O T H E R H O O D

Ongoing support and respect for the divine, difficult role of mother ~ building community ~ modeling resilience.

 

During our journey into motherhood,  more than anything we need a community of support. I am a presence and resource, to educate, celebrate and return the power to pregnant, birthing and postpartum people and their families.

LABOR SUPPORT FOR NURSES

  • Labor Support for Nurses was an evidence-based continuing education program, co-created by me, Kate of the Taproot Doula Project and Melissa of North Dallas Doula Associates, to teach Registered Nurses in essential labor support skills and partnership and communication with birth doulas to improve birth outcomes.
